On the following pages are an assortment of trails designed to be accessed by public transportation.

These locations were chosen with an eye towards equal distribution across the various quadrants of the city, but also to introduce a set of urban hikes that could provide as much of a rural atmosphere as it is possible to achieve in a city with over a million residents.

This initial set of eight trails forms the foundation to a greater selection that I hope to compile over the next year - and all will focus on hikes that can be reached by using public transportation.
